Making Employer Branding Feel Human Again
The challenge was to translate Avomind’s internal culture into an external experience that felt human and credible.
We grounded the activation in local creative practices to attract talent without relying on corporate employer-branding tropes.
CURATION
Concept development · Creative curation · Vendor coordination · Partner collaboration · Food & beverage coordination · On-site production · Community engagement
At the end of the year, AVOMIND wanted to celebrate the holiday season in a way that felt open, local, and connected to the neighborhood. The goal was to bring employees, passersby, and nearby residents together while actively supporting Berlin’s creative community.
We realized this through a pop-up creative market hosted in the courtyard behind AVOMIND’s offices transforming the space into a shared, festive meeting point.
Strategy: The format was designed to feel welcoming and easy to step into. A curated selection of local creatives offered jewelry, tooth gems, fashion pieces, stickers, personalized books, and tattoos. Food and drinks were available throughout the day, with homemade hot chocolate at the center of the experience — setting a warm, seasonal tone that invited people to stay.
Solution: We curated a small in house market. In collaboration with StickerApp, who hosted their own stand and produced custom wall stickers for the space, adding a playful and visual layer to the environment.
