Testing Cultural Relevance in Everyday Urban Spaces

This activation functioned as both cultural research and real-world testing.
By embedding the brand in everyday neighborhood spaces, we were able to observe engagement and validate relevance before scaling further.

During major cultural moments in Berlin, much of the city’s creative exchange still happens behind closed doors or within established venues.
Späti Raves were conceived as a counter-format informal, public gatherings designed to bring creative communities into shared space without barriers to entry.
We chose local Spätis as the setting: everyday places deeply embedded in Berlin’s social fabric.
Strategy: The format creates a visible meeting point for the creative community, designed to feel open, informal, and easy to step into. Music acts as the main anchor. Street-level activations such as interviews, style documentation, style competions and small rituals encourage participation without demanding it. The goal is not to stage a party, but to create the conditions for spontaneous interaction.
Solution: We curated and produced a public block-party-style event in collaboration with Berlin Pulse
