Pride activations carry heightened cultural and reputational risk.
This project focused on ensuring brand participation aligned with community-led narratives and local creative leadership, rather than surface-level visibility.

WORKSHOPS

CounterCult helped Zalando’s LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group (ERG) pulled off an unforgettable event for over 175 of their colleagues, including the community and allies, setting the perfect tone for this year’s celebrations.

Attendees jumped into some incredible workshops throughout the evening from CounterCult: Shona Neary‘s creative badge workshop and Sharon S. Karen for a fun and informative beginner drag workshop

Strategy: Deliver creative workshops in 1 hour for over 40 participants in a space with just tables in Zalando’s corporate headquarters that fit their brand and message.

Solution: We curated and oversaw two creative workshops created for their specific event with local creatives- making the budget, turnaround, and transportation costs much more minimal.
